Custom Data Extraction Program

We are a research group trying to gather exact data from various websites that are commonly hosted by a third party. The data we are looking for needs to be "checked up on" for current data or "Refreshed" or "Re-scrapped."
Please note: We are looking to have some create a program that is easy for us to use and edit if need be.
We are not looking to use a product already on the market because those products have issues with the different website structures and gathering the data we need.
Each website will produce between 1 and 400 products or records for extraction. The data will be common sought for info such as product price, description, sizing and specials.
There around currently 500 URL's that we need to visit and growing.
We need a program that can have URL's added and changed as well as be able to extract the data to a excel document.
