Current Scraper is taking too long

I have a laravel website that scrapes data of a particular site.
The issue is that its taking around 8 hours to scrape 15k worth of columns.
This is unacceptable and the goal should be under 15minutes.
Is their a faster and more reliable method.
I need a developer that can implement a solution, I tried optimizing the server but it didn't help.
