Creation of web scraper and discord automation bot

We're looking for a tool composed of three modules: Data Extractor, Image Annotator, and Mass Creator.
Data Extractor: This module should extract relevant data from specific stock websites. It must offer preset configuration capabilities and save the extracted data (titles, keywords, images) into an Excel sheet. The image addresses should be stored as directory paths. An AI-based language model is used for title paraphrasing.
Image Annotator: This function will annotate previously extracted images using an external service over a communication platform. It needs error handling and retry capabilities, and a feature to prevent frequent and automated requests to avoid detection. Progress should be tracked and displayed as a percentage.
Mass Creator: This segment will operate multiple accounts on two different platforms simultaneously. Each "worker" runs individually with its configuration, browser profile, and chat link, but all share a single Excel sheet. Data from Excel is used for image generation, and images are saved into a designated folder with file names and extensions recorded back into Excel. The tool should interact with another bot to enhance image quality, handle errors effectively, remember previous configurations, and have a preset function. It should allow selecting prompts, randomize operations to avoid detection, and define output directories. A timer is needed to monitor average download time, and a function to resume operations where they were interrupted is essential.
