Create webscraper & GUI for business buying websites -- 2

I would like a website scraper that I can use to scrape the following websites for business listings.

www.bizbuysell.com
www.bizquest.com
www.businessforsale.com

I would need a .csv output or ideally a Google Sheets output and a GUI so that I can use it once a month to update my records.

I would like to check each state in the USA and scrape slowly over a matter of hours so I dont get banned. I would like to have the option of searching several states at once or one at a time.

I will require the following information to be scraped if it appears on the website up to 30 pages deep in the results of each page:

I would like this to have a simple GUI that I can select a few parameters as follows:

-Selling price range
-US State
-Revenue
-Cashflow
-SDE
-EBITDA
-Amount of employees
-Year business established/age
-Age of the listing
