Create a social media analytics tool -- 3

I am looking for a social media analytics tool to be created. It must allow me to input any Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram profile name, a date range, and give me figures such as how many posts that account has made, the number of likes they have had on posts, the number of replies, shares (such as retweets) and other public engagement figures. If I choose a date range it should also state the % increase or decrease of figures over that time.

I have hosting and domain names etc. I am open to what tools and software are used to create this.
