Create scraper & GUI for business buying websites

I have been let down by 9 developers now, who have not read the description and have not checked the URLs. If you have not read the description and not checked the URLs, and then increase your bid as a result, I will not be using your services.

TASK:
Scrape the following websites’ listings.

www.bizbuysell.com
www.bizquest.com
www.businessforsale.com
www.bizbroker.net
www.bizben.com
www.midstreet.com/businesses-for-sale
www.tworld.com/buy-a-business/

SUBTASKS:
1. Scrape the provided websites based on the filtering parameters below
2. Transfer the data to a Google Sheet
3. Scrape up to 100 pages deep in the search results

REQUIREMENTS:
a. Google Sheets output
b. Ability to NOT download previously scraped data UNLESS it is updated
c. GUI that allows me to filter the scraping parameters (see below)
d. Ability to search a single US State, several states or the entire USA
e. Ability to 100% host on my Macbook, no VPS or remote servers – I can host Python software etc on my computer.
f. Ability to select how quickly the scrape is completed to prevent websites blocking the scraper as a bot – manually enter from 1 – 600 listings per hour.
g. The ability to start the scraper overnight and in the morning, it will have scraped all websites with no input required from me.
h. It can be a browser-based GUI or a desktop app
i. Has to work on MacOS

SCRAPED DATA REQUIRED:
I will require the following information to be scraped if it appears on the website up to 100 pages deep in the results of each page:

-Listing URL
-Listing name
-Listing location
-Listing description
-Asking price
-Cash flow
-Revenue
-EBITDA
-FF&E
-Inventory
-Year established
-Inventory
-Real estate
-Employees
-Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E)
-Reason for selling

SCRAPING FILTER CRITERIA:
I would like a simple GUI that I can filter the scraper before it starts and will only scrape data that meets ALL of the filter criteria:

-Selling price range (manually enter the minimum & maximum prices)
-US State
-Revenue
-Cashflow
-SDE
-EBITDA
-Amount of employees
-Year business established/age
-Age of the listing
-Speed of scraping from 1 – 600 listings per hour

QUESTIONS:
-Can you do this?
