save 1000 urls like the following
https://ifconfig.me/?1
https://ifconfig.me/?2
https://ifconfig.me/?3
https://ifconfig.me/?4
...
https://ifconfig.me/?1000
and while saving the urls append to text file iparchive.txt, the ip returned by https://ifconfig.me each time the url is scraped
When rerunning this program it should work(archive.is may return different html for already saved url)
Source code and instructions should be provided to install in Windows 10.
Also include the iparchive.txt for one full run.
