Create Scraper / Calculator API

I need an API created that can be called from an endpoint and return various social media stats and calculate engagement for Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, Snapchat. For example, if I hit www.mywebsite.com/?instagram=username
It will return user profile, follower, following, engagement rate,etc in JSON
Instagram provides this info at www.instagram.com/username/?__a=1
For Youtube, TikTok the information will need to be scraped from the pages and calculate engagement rate.
Lastly, this will have to work through a proxy.
