We have a list of businesses that we want cross-checked against a public Secretary of State website for the following: Active or Inactive, Date of Business Registration. We would like to know when a business reaches their 2yr registration mark, so this program would need to be automatic, as every day that passes the businesses that we have in our database would be cross-checked against the secretary of state website and then a pregenerated email sent to the client. We would also want ongoing support if we had questions.
