Coldfusion Website Database

I am looking for a coldfusion website database or for a freelancer to build an advanced web scraper that would search google for coldfusion websites. The database (or scraped data) would have to include contact information (email), contact name, website URL, contact us or support page URL. If you build a scraper, it will need to work with a proxy table. The goal of this project is to be able to email coldfusion-based website owners and ask if they have any work that they would like done. Note that if the website URL does not have a .CFM then it is not a coldfusion based website. Please put the term cf guru in your response so I know you've read this entire description and fully understand what I need. In addition, put in your description exactly what you are offering me. If it is a database, then I need to know how much data I am going to get and when it was scraped. It if it is a web scraper, I expect to see tens of thousands of entries in the database before I accept the project as done. I must be 100% satisified with the project results.
