I'm looking for a freelancer with experience in Microsoft Power Automate to build a cloud-based automated workflow for me.

- I need you to tell me if there are any limitations to building this workflow in the cloud compared to a desktop automated flow.
- The primary goal of this automated workflow is web scraping data and inputting it into a Google Documents Excel file.
