Client Database Research and Contacts Scraping

Project Overview
We have access to a client database where it hosts a list of potential clients we want to reach out to. However, this database only shows clients' first name, first letter of their last name and the location they are from. We want an experienced researcher who can help us find out clients' linkedin profiles based on the available information or better yet their emails somehow somewhere.
The project will be paid on completion of scraping the whole database or the first 1000 contacts.
