Build a website scrapper using selenium and docker

I am looking to build an application which will take screenshots of the supplied URLs (possibly through APIs) for specified duration and later compare them and trigger an alert when something changes on the URLs. Later we need to scrape the source code from these websites and as save it in text files which can be further used for analysis. Further details will be explained
