Build web application that involves data scraping and implementing statistical formulas

Hi, I'm looking for someone to develop a web application that involves data scraping and statistical formulas. This application would also need to be set up as a SAAS. If you have knowledge or experience in sports statistics that is a plus, but not requried. This will be an ongoing project with multiple rollouts in the future.
