Build desktop app that will scrape 2 websites + vpn/proxy support

I want to build desktop app that will scrape 2 websites VPN/Proxy support. User can choose excel file which contains product information (product code, name, etc). Script should try to find product in the website by product code and put it's price to excel file in the corresponding sheet. there are 2 websites, so user should be able to select which website should scape script while choosing excel file.
