Build a basic WhatsApp bot using Twilio Studio

We are looking for a developer to help complete the build of a basic WhatsApp bot with Twilio studio. The bot stack includes postresql and Heroku currently. We will potentially be linking the bot to external APIs so we would like someone who has familiarity with building and linking APIs.
