Build a Web Scraper to Automatically Crawl a Legal Database
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for an experienced web scraper who can build a tool capable of making automated search queries within a legal database at a set time interval (once or twice a week), and returning the results in an excel spreadsheet.
This is a demo project with potential for a larger contract if all goes well; I am also looking to commission a more complex tool that will include a variety of court databases and government agencies. The link to that project will be posted in this description once it is up.
The website/database to crawl is the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, a link to their eLibrary is below:
