BUILD A WEB SCRAPING TOOL

I am looking for a web scraping expert to help me gather racing results and information from one website.
The ideal candidate should have experience in web scraping and be able to extract specific data such as racing results and information from the website.
The project needs to deliver a standalone tool that I can use on Win 11 to srape the website allowing me to input the desired date and return an Excel sheet (csv) with all the results for that date, with columns and data ordered and formatted.
