I need to receive alert on two specific period
1) Since the kick off until minute 15' (Games with 0 0 score)
2) During half time minute 45’ until minute 65'
I need to receive an alert when bet365 raise the goal line from 1.0 minimum
Example : If bet365 change the goal line from 2.5, to 3.5 at minute 8'
