Job Description:
I’m looking for an experienced automation specialist who can help streamline and automate the process of applying to over 10,000 jobs monthly on behalf of candidates in my community.

We need a solution that:

• Collects candidate information via a form (Google Forms/Airtable/Typeform) and organizes it in a database.
• Automates the search for relevant jobs across platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor based on each candidate’s preferences.
• Automatically submits applications for these jobs, using candidates’ resumes and cover letters.
• Tracks the status of each application in a central database, with regular updates.
• Generates monthly reports showing the number of applications, interview requests, and success metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and integrate tools like Airtable, Zapier, PhantomBuster (or similar), and Mailparser.io.
• Develop automated workflows for job matching and applying.
• Ensure proper tracking of all job applications.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automation and workflow design.
• Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Zapier, PhantomBuster, RPA solutions, and similar platforms.
• Ability to handle large-scale automation (100x candidates, 100 applications per month each).
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
