Automated bot for sending messages on WhatsApp -- 2

I want to send messages to my customers using a WhatsApp, bot. For example, I will import the numbers of 10000 customers into the program using Excel, or the program will automatically generate a series based on the starting point I provide. I will add the text and send it, or I will have the option to schedule messages to be sent at a specific date and time. If a customer sends a cancellation message, the bot will remove them from the list and show me the canceled customers in a separate list. Each customer will receive a message individually via the chosen platform (WhatsApp). I want to see separate statistics for those who have read the message, those who have not, and those who have blocked me on WhatsApp, Additionally, I need the ability to delete messages in bulk.
