Annual MLS Data Scrape Project

I'm on the lookout for a skilled freelancer to undertake an annual update project for my local Realtor lists from an MLS website. My objective is straightforward: I need comprehensive scraping of specific data fields to keep my database current and robust. Having someone who has accomplished this task for me previously would be fantastic, but it's not a prerequisite.

I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOMEONE WHO HAS COMPLETED THIS FOR IN IN YEARS PAST !
