I'm seeking a professional data scraper to gather specific product information from Amazon, focusing on the vitamins category. The ideal candidate should have experience in scraping product details such as title, price, description, GTIN, images, and product reviews and ratings.

Requirements:
- Scraping all product information (title, price, description, etc.) from Amazon
- Include product reviews and ratings
- Each file must not exceed 20,000 products
- Ability to work within specific parameters provided by me
- Provide weekly updates
