Alerting program to be set

I need something runing always (VPS or anything) who scan flashscore.com and when something happen, I want to be alerted by SMS.

I have an excel sheet where some games are reported. I want to monitor these games and send me alert when some conditions happen.

Alert can be sent by SMS or whats app or by telegram.
