Airline price Discrimination

I need a data scraper to get me the price quotes from 3 airline websites (Ryanair, Lufthansa, and United) for specific flights. The trick is I want to run the search from different locations (Ip addresses/VPN) instantaneously and record the data. There is a similar project that has been developed yet it may be outdated: https://github.com/kevinsartiano/airline-price-discrimination-project. Alternatively we can create our own simpler trip. I need it done by today.
