I am seeking an accomplished developer to design a web scraping program, preferably as a Chrome extension, to collect information from an array of retail websites. The aim is to garner data specifically from the shopping carts of these sites, focusing on the names, prices, and quantities of products, as well as track these prices for any changes - all on an automated platform.
Key requirements:
- Expertise in web scraping, with the capacity to deal with websites requiring sign-in.
- Proficient in developing Chrome extensions.
