[Adult Content Warning] Windows 8.1 Dedicated Bulk Video Downloader for Specific PAID Sites

Job ID: 36456672

Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD

(Please read the attached PDF as it contains a detailed description of the project).

Product needed: (More details in the attached file)
1. A program/script/otherwise to use on my Windows 8.1 machine to crawl, scrape/download videos from (Adult) websites with paid subscriptions (I am subscribed to).
1.1. The program must be simple to use and easy to understand and accompanied with enough instructions on how to use it.
1.2. A (very very basic) GUI would be helpful. Although it is not required if it is complex or hard to implement.

Program's Use/Features and Operations: (More details in the attached file)
1. It will be used to download videos automatically (or semi-manually) from Premium websites I am subscribed to.
1.1. It will look for the download links of the videos contained in certain parts of these websites (clarification will be provided when working), and download the videos using them.
1.1.1. But also, it's going to store the download links and the video's webpage in the database, as well as the attributes of the video (such as video tags, and performer names, and perhaps other things).

1.2. There MIGHT be a need for me to manually input links (mass amount, hundreds or thousands) for the program to crawl rather than the program doing everything on its own, as some websites might require that I hand-pick the content I want rather than downloading everything.
1.2.1. So, I just paste the video's webpage (the webpage containing the video), or its parent page (the page that contains several pages that contain videos), and let the program look for download links on its own, and download.

1.3. Only the highest quality video will be downloaded (there are always multiple quality).
1.4. Most of the sites only provide one format of videos, but if presented with a choice, MP4 or MKV should be chosen (MP4 has a priority over MKV).
1.5. The videos should be downloaded with a specific filename structure stemmed from the tags/info on the webpage.
1.5.1. Each website has its own instructions for filename structure.
1.5.1.1. e.g. Some websites' filenames will be "[Performer Name] - [Video Title]", other sites will be "[DVD Title] - [Perfomer Name]". If there's a tag, it will be "[DVD Title] - [Tag] - [Performer Name]", etc.

2. As mentioned in (1.1.1.), there should be a bit of scraping
2.1. A simple database that contains video info and video URLs, etc.

3. Downloading and crawling should be smart, as to avoid any suspicion on the server
3.1. Things like cool-down timers should be implemented, so that downloads take breaks before starting consecutively.
3.2. There should also be control for the number of simultaneous downloads from the same site.

4. I need to compare the files I already have on my computer with the ones on the site so that the program avoids downloading anything I already have.
4.1. I'm thinking it has to match the filename with one of the attributes of the webpages that the videos are taken from, so that if there's a match in both names, it skips.
4.1.1. But there must be a way for me to be prompted to check and confirm if it's a match or not. Or if you have another idea...
