API webscrape into my classic asp website has stopped working

I have a api web scraper on my website which I use to scrape another website. My website is built on classic asp. I’m not sure why but the scrape has stopped working this week.
I’m not sure if it’s because something has changed on the website I’m scraping from or if my ip or server has been blocked?
Is this something you could resolve? You would need to have good classic asp knowledge and web scraping.
