Griifais noted that, on the one side, Valve is not concentrating on enhancing performance with a second-generation Steam Deck:
There is now a lot of value in the fact that all Steam Decks can play the same games and that we have a single objective so that users can know what sort of performance level to expect while playing and that developers can know what to target.
