Custom Google Voice

The goal is to create a customized Google Voice page so that a person with vision problems can easily see the contact list and the number pad, and that all other information on the page is removed, or at least minimized to the maximum extent possible. I want the remaining contact list and number pad to be large in size to make it easy for a low vision user to see it - font sizes 72 and higher. Having the contact list side by side with the number pad would be useful (as shown in the attached image). I also want to be able to control the colors used to display the page, where I would use only 2 colors at a time.
