Bulk Text Editing

Have approx 100 web pages, all with english text. These texts need to be converted to a 'resource string' format so that the appropriate language-specific text can be loaded at runtime. This is not difficult, just text editing, but needs careful attention to detail. Bonus provided based on overall accuracy at end of contract.
