I think I need a coder

I need to instantly open an email, open the attached google calendar, select a date/time slot (any date/time) before all slots are taken. There are maybe 5-10 slots that approx 200 folks are competing to select as soon as the email is sent out and received. The email is sent to 200 folks once a week, usually on a Wednesday @ 10am.
