server email setup, manage subscriber list and email campaign on a private server

In stead of using Common tool such Constant Contact or Mailchimp, we want to use our own server to manage email list for subscribers and unsubscribes, and email campaign.
We want our email campaign to be sent out from our sever, from an email such as sales at email.ourdomain.com.
We want to someone to help up set up our server so our campaign email can be delivered smoothly to our subscribers' inbox folder, not going into spam folder. Also we want to make sure no email will be sent to those who unsubscribed.
We want to make sure nothing we do will harm the reputation of our domain.com. Otherwise, our regular email won't even be received by our customers.
