publishing of windows app and webapp services on linux

hi, we have 2 desktop windows app running. and a webapp services with website. Right now it is published on the windows server. but now we want to migrate it and want to deploy to a linux server. need... (Budget: $30 - $250 USD, Jobs: .NET, ASP.NET, Linux, System Admin, Web Hosting)
