need google cloud hosting expert.My Google Cloud Hosting account was a test one, and when I change my card to make it a paid account, My google WHM login credentials is not working. status showing active but website is not online. Any idea for a solution?

My account in the Google Cloud Hosting console was a test one, and I already saved my credit card there but due to some bank issues, I removed that for one day. It stopped working so again I put my credit card and problem solved. The strange thing is that 7 days have passed and my website is still not active. when I am trying to login whm account its showing error message. In Billing and and other section, its showing active. Any idea for a solution? I have not touched anything. It's very urgent requirement.
