AI for security camera image recognition

We are looking for a Freelancer that has experience with image detection for retail purposes and deployment of digital content to digital displays based on human subject movement and products within retail store environment. I.e. bottleshops, grocery, etc.

Application needs to be able to interface to existing retail store security cameras. Identify specific age and gender types, perhaps build a database of customers that have entered the store/s, track products browsed and or purchased, ability to change content on specified digital displays based on algorithm status.

I.e. If subject A walks into store and approaches a specified area of products, have the ability to change the digital display content to specified content based on algorithm result.

Design of digital display content management application needs to be developed to suite. Content for digital display should allow a retail store/s management a portal/user login to be able to access and upload their own content, ability to schedule content per week, day, hour, store and individual display,

Ability to load templets for retail store/s management to use.
