email service request auto response

I receive daily email requests for service from a manufacturer that requires my response to accept by clicking an accept button in the email. This action then triggers a 2nd email with the particular work order that I have accepted. I have Outlook email and I need to explore the possibility of either programming an auto response to accept each request or find a program or app that would respond automatically. I can switch email providers if necessary
