domain issue on godaddy vps

I am looking for an experienced professional who can help me resolve a website loading issue on my GoDaddy VPS. The specific issue is that my website is not loading properly. I can provide the exact error message that I am encountering.
My domain doesn't pull pages mostly on mobile networks. Sometimes it work with same ISP on mobile but not with wifi. I change the ip address of the domain. Deleted the hosting. Godaddy says the issue is from server end.
