I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop an AI bot for our website. This AI bot will provide customer service for our audience and should be integrated with our website. The AI should be moderately intelligent and able to learn, responding to user inquiries as needed. We are looking for a freelancer who can create a sophisticated AI that lends a human-like touch to the customer service experience. The AI should be able to understand user inquiries and offer tailored responses using an understanding of each individual user's needs. Ideas for customer service and sales generation functions are welcomed and appreciated.
The successful freelancer will provide accurate, efficient, and meaningful customer service through the AI, as well as build an AI that is designed to grow and improve with time. The bot needs to be able to quickly detect and book available time slots before they are taken by other users or bots. Additionally, the website has a restriction where user IDs are blocked for approximately 12 hours if they stay logged in for more than 10 minutes or if they repeatedly log in and log out.
The bot should be developed to handle the following tasks:
1. Monitor the website for available time slots.
2. Automatically select and book the desired time slot once available.
3. Handle login/logout procedures efficiently to avoid ID blocking.
4. Run continuously without manual intervention.
Required Skills:
*Experience in web scraping and automation using Python.
*Familiarity with handling session management and cookies.
*Ability to work with dynamic websites and handle rapid data changes.
