Website restore from backup file .tar.gz to a new domain from previous domain on godaddy servers

I was having a domain previously named something .in and now i have domain name .com with a different name though nature and kind of content I want to upload is same. I have the last backup before the xpiry of the earlier domain a .tar.gz file and now this file i want to restore to my new domain hosting on godaddy.com.
