Website product images merging with other products on it's own (might be some index error)

My website's products images are getting merge with other products on it's own, may be due to some index error. For example: - if someone clicks on jeans so when the product page opens, all the written details are of jeans but the image can be of shoe or a jewellery item or any other thing on site. This is happening with some products and not all, but those are not specific products.
