Website not getting live

I was transferring my hosting from one server to another. (From Bluehost to godaay). I have contacted Bluehost customer support to help me out in creating the backup and finally uploading that backup to another server. I have changed the server name too.
Problem is that data is not live and I am unable to load my websites. It shows some kind of error related to the Database. Godaddy suggested me to talk with my developer to resolve it.
