Website builder and assistance with music promotion

I want to build a professional music website to present my own compositions (I am a songwriter). I have a lot of material, including 100 plus songs and music videos. At the same time I want to submit my music to CD Baby for global distribution on Spotify etc. My existing YouTube site is: https://youtube.com/user/ChaseShul3r and I also have a Soundclick site: https://www.soundclick.com/artist/default.cfm?bandID=310572 However so far I have not monetised any of my songs or videos. I have approximately 50 songs that I want to submit to CD Baby as 'albums'. Familiarity with the CD Baby website and submission process would be a major advantage: https://cdbaby.com/ The reason I am seeking help is that as I get older (I am now 72) I find these processes increasingly difficult to come to grips with technically. I want to put a much more professional gloss on my web presence than I have currently, and to make my music available on platforms like Spotify so I can obtain royalty rights for all my copyrighted material as and when it is accessed and played or downloaded - e.g. to monetise my creative output. Ideally I am looking for someone who is already familiar with the music industry, and music and video copyright issues.
