Website Migration To Reliable Server

My website – www.blacktownmarkets.com.au – is running on a cPanel-managed dedicated server that suffers from downtime, laggy performance and steadily climbing fees. I need the whole environment moved to a new host that is demonstrably more stable and offers better value without sacrificing speed.

Here’s what I want to happen:
• Analyse my current dedicated server setup and recommend one or two realistic alternatives that solve the downtime, cost and performance issues. Feel free to compare shared cloud plans, managed VPS or any other option you believe fits.
• Prepare the new server (security hardening, PHP version, MySQL, SSL, email routing and any required modules) so it mirrors the existing stack.
• Seamlessly migrate the site, databases, mail records and DNS with negligible interruption to visitors.
• Test thoroughly after cut-over to confirm page-load speed, uptime monitoring and all back-end functions (contact forms, cron jobs, etc.) work as expected.
• Provide a brief post-migration hand-over note so I know where core settings live inside the new control panel.

Acceptance criteria: the site loads consistently with no visible errors, GTmetrix or similar shows equal-or-better performance than the old VPS, and I receive clear documentation of the new server credentials and configuration.
