Website Hosting Help

I am looking for a website hosting expert who can help me with technical support for my current hosting.
I just started at a new company and our website is down. Nobody knows the password or who it's hosted with. I was able to find the IP on GoDaddy (that's where the domain is) and it points to Google.
I am really struggling to find out how I login to Google and find out what the issue is!
