Dish Diva is a platform that connects community members with local, certified and trained home bakers. In order to purchase freshly made, delicious and homemade dishes for every occasion.
All our home bakers are carefully vetted and must undergo a multi step onboarding process in order to be approved onto the platform. All our Home bakers are trained to follow strict safety standards, in compliance with local regulations.
How does it Works
Start by inputting your address or pin code on the app. Based on your location, you will see approved Home bakers in your area (up to 10 kms). If we aren’t in your nieghbour hood yet, you can sign up to receive an alert once we have active Home bakers in your area.
You can click on Home bakers, to view details about there menu. Add the item to your cart select the delivery date and time and checkout.
You can use any credit card to pay for your order. All transactions on dish diva are fully secured.
How does it Works
• Once you place your order, you will see your order confirmation/tracker screen which includes the location of your pick up. You can share the order tracker screen with anyone incase the order is been placed for someone else.
• Once you
• Cancellation policy – Since the food is always made fresh, to order our home bakers invest time and resources and prepping your order. Therefore, the cancellation window is only 1 hour from the time of placing the order.

Terms and conditions
• The baker is solely responsible for the quality and design of the item. In case of any issues Dish Diva cannot be held responsible for the same.
• The product is checked by our delivery boy at the time of pick up and he also takes the picture in case of any disputes in the future with the regards to damage during delivery.
• The baker is solely responsible for any weight discripency of the final item with regards to the weight mentioned in the menu.
• If by chance Dish Diva is not able to deliver the order we will provide full refund to the customer.
• If by chance the home baker is not able to deliver the product after acceptance, the baker will provide full refund to the customer.
