Urgent hosting migration project

Our website and domain are hosted on hostgator. The person who was managing the website and domain has left the job. While we have the access to the cpanel, we are not able to access the hostgator portal as the primary email associated with the hostgator portal is of the person who has left the job. We are talking to hostgator to see if they can change the primary email associated with the hostgator portal. However, I am not sure if they will change it because we neither have the security PIN nor we are able to access the primary email. In this case, we think that the option would be to take a new server space on hostgator and migrate everything to the new server.
If you think you can help us with this problem, I will be happy to hear from you. Our hosting is coming up for renewal in next 4 days and hence we need to act quickly and solve this issue.
