Upload express.js app in cpanel application manager of a vps with https routes and ssl installed

I need to upload a express js app in a vps trought c panel with application manager, it´s really important that the https routes work properly in the server after the installation. I don´t know if this can be done trought anydesk. I have the SSL certificate and the hosting service is godaddy.com
