Umbraco 7 to 9 Migration

I'm seeking an experienced Umbraco developer to migrate my website from Umbraco 7 to the latest version (Umbraco 9 or above). The site https://livelifeaberdeenshire.org.uk/ currently uses a couple of custom plugins, which will also need to be accommodated during the migration. It's important that the current design and layout are retained. However we are open to suggested improvements.
