Trading Software Monitoring and Support
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm looking for a freelancer to help monitor our proprietary trading software during the US session. This is a 5 days a week position, from 8:45AM to 5:00PM. Your main tasks will be:
- Identifying and reporting any software glitches
- Monitoring trading activity and performance
- Keeping track of any system downtime
It's crucial that you have a basic understanding of trading software and financial markets. While advanced knowledge is not necessary, a basic grasp of the concepts and software will be essential to fulfilling this role effectively.
Your reporting method will be critical to the success of this project. I would like you to report any disruptions or glitches by phone directly to management. This ensures that any issues can be addressed promptly and effectively.
